Sam's BBQ

Been hearing good things about Sam's BBQ & Bakes and it did not disappoint! Great sized portions and reasonable price for the quality and size. Staff are friendly and the place looks great, very clean, inviting and nice décor. I ordered a BBQ pulled pork toasted sandwich on a brioche roll and it was VERY good. My friend ordered mac n cheese and the portions are big, definitely something you could share as a side order. We had to wait a little while, but we hadn't pre-ordered and it was smack in the middle of lunchtime so that's to be expected as they were already busy. Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon.

Do yourself a favour, get yourself down here. Its not often you get a querky fast food place like this outside a city. *Updated menu visit* This place is still 5 stars minimum! Nachos, hot dogs, subs, mac n cheese, all with homemade with homemade sauces, prepared with passion. GO HERE!

So.....popped in today (it's my birthday, I'm on a night shift tonight and, having experienced this place a couple of months back, was blooming delicious, I thought I'd treat myself to a couple of torpedo rolls for my meal break tonight). I'm of two minds whether to review or not......a) this place is awesome.......b) too many people knowing about this place means less BBQ for me lol! I ordered the Tribbiani (a go to favourite sandwich) and the BBQ Bad Boy chicken and beef (and a sneaky Biscoff brownie). It's not "fast food" but good grief, it's delicious food. Sam is an absolute gent, and the lady on the counter (I'm sorry, I don't know your name), just wants to make your experience perfect. The Tribbiani has NOT lasted to my night shift. I've eaten it already. The smoke on the meat is tongue-tastical, it's tender, great flavour and just beautiful. The freshness from the salad, along with the sauces is just 👌. Seriously, you could go to a chain restaurant, but they are absolutely NO comparison to the food and service this little (blink and you'll miss it) place delivers. I'm now trying to stop myself from eating my second torpedo roll...........MUST HAVE WILLPOWER. Give Sam's a go. You won't be disappointed. Top notch BBQ, cookies and brownies.
